Ten Peaks Coffee Co., Inc.

Ten Peaks is a publicly traded company that owns all of the interests of the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company Inc. (SWDCC), a premium green coffee decaffeinator located in Burnaby, BC. It also owns and operates Seaforth Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Seaforth), a green coffee handling and warehousing business located in Metro Vancouver. Currently, Ten Peaks’ business and financial results are wholly based on the business and financial results of SWDCC.

Executives

Frank Dennis, President and CEO: Frank leads Ten Peaks Coffee Co., and the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Co. team, with over 15 years of experience in the coffee industry. Frank’s background is in packaged goods marketing with Braun Canada and Kraft Foods Canada. Frank led the $300 million Kraft coffee portfolio in the late 1990’s and was responsible for the sale of the Swiss Water Division to private equity interests in 2000. As President and CEO of the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company, he has led the growth of the business and the brand as well as the extended development of the chemical free decaffeination category. Frank is highly involved in the developing specialty coffee industry and is also currently the President of “Grounds For Health” a charity dedicated to reducing cancer in women at coffee origin. Frank earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and a M.B.A. from the University of Toronto.
Sherry Tryssenaar, Chief Financial Officer: As Chief Financial Officer of Ten Peaks and SWDCC, Sherry is responsible for the corporate finance, external financial reporting, compliance and risk management, and investor relations functions of the companies. Sherry is an experienced financial executive and a Certified Management Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (first class honours) from Simon Fraser University, and an MSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics, which she attended as a Commonwealth Scholar. In May 2011, Sherry was named ‘BC CFO of the Year’ in the small public company category by Business in Vancouver. In addition to her operational and finance experience, Sherry has served on the boards of directors of public and private companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Currently, she serves on the board of directors of YWCA Vancouver as a member of the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee.
